The bill (Reg. No.2575) determines that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall submit the proposals concerning conclusion of the international agreements of Ukraine.
In particular, the proposals regarding conclusion of the international agreements of Ukraine submitted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall be adopted in the form of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with addition of the documents defined in the items a)-d) part 2 clause 4 of the effective Law and electronic version of the documents.
Moreover, other ministries and central executive power bodies and also the Supreme Court, the National Bank, the General Prosecution submit the proposals regarding conclusion of the international agreements of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The proposals concerning conclusion of the international agreements of Ukraine shall be submitted after the legal expertise by the Ministry of Justice as to their compliance with the Constitution and the Laws of Ukraine.
